The Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Wheel is another part of the Zhu Zhu Pets accessories that can be added to the funhouse and expand the
habitat that your Hamsters can live, work and play in. The hamster wheel is one of the fun accessories because it
is all action. It allows your Hamster to get some exercise, just like a real life hamster needs it's exercise. In
fact the wheel is the most true to life accessory you can get for your pets.
The Hamster Wheel comes with the wheel and base and three tunnels and their connector tracks. It can be attached to
any other part of the hamster homes including the funhouse or base home for your lovable pets.
Once the wheel is set up, your hamsters will scuttle down the tracks and onto the wheel (one at a time
unfortunately). They will run on the wheel for a few minutes (just like a real hamster) and then decide that they
have had enough and do something else. It great fun watching what they will do next.
Meet The Pets – Mr Squiggles
At this point in time, we currently have 4 Zhu Zhu Pets
Hamsters to choose from (there are suggestions that there will be new hamster arriving soon, even a pink
hamster which is sure to be a hit). However at this moment, we have Mr Squiggles, Chunk, Pipsqueek and
Num Nums. All have different personalities and make different noises. This section will focus on Mr
Squiggles.
Mr Squiggles is the brown hamster. He has light brown fur and brown ears. He has white markings on the face and
parts of his underside. He has a pattern on his back that resembles a squiggle (so that you don't forget his name
maybe).
He is recognized with the pets hamster wheel (it all makes sense know, the squiggle is a going round in circles
pattern). He has a unique personality to the other hamsters. Basically he is a jock or a hamster jock. He likes to
get plenty of exercise and keeping fit. Hence he will often wander down to the wheel to work on his abs and
obliques. He'll never pop a hamstring because he's always keeping fit. This has other benefits. He will like to
explore outside of the hamster habitat and is always scurrying around the house (your house that
is)
The wheel can be added to the pets hamster funhouse to give your hamster more to
do.
